Cleopatra for Halloween

Halloween is right around the corner! It’s time to start thinking (if you haven’t already) of what you’re going to be. In the case that you’re Cleopatra, here is a look I created for the Queen of the Nile….

Mulberry For Target- My Picks

I picked up my People Style Watch  magazine yesterday and found out that Mulberry for Target launched on Oct 10. I have been in a deep desire to one day own an oversized Alexa.  So as soon as I got home I called up Taget (because like any designer collection for Target, everything was SOLD out on-line) and put a few of them on hold. Anyway, here are my top picks. I’m so happy to own these super hot bags!

The Closet….

&
AFTER

This is the extra bedroom in our apartment, since I had a lot of stuff Jesse and I decided to turn this room into my walk in closet.  I revamped the whole room with furniture we purchased at Ikea. I’m proud to say that it is FINALLY done! Everything is well organized and its easier for me to get dressed in the morning.  I realized that you don’t have to hang everything. So I stored all my sweaters, cardigans, knits, and t-shirts away and I only hung delicates. The one last things I have to do is to color code my clothes, I was just too overwhelmed with all the mess we made when Jesse built the closet system that I just hung everything to get it out the way.  I also filmed a video for you guys on Youtube which shall be up soon. I hope you guys get inspired!

This is what I wore to class last night. I have a 4 hr. class every Monday night, a
sewing class to be exact. I’m so happy I switched majors because I love fashion
design, it’s very hands on. All I did last night was sew, sew, sew. Anyway, After class
we got some late night snacks at Mc D’s since our fridge was empty. Does anyone
else love food shopping like I do?! I use to DESPITE just the though of it when I was
younger. I love cooking, even more now that I got pregnant because I love to try
new recipes from all my cooking books or on-line. I guess because I want to make
sure Jesse and Izek eat right.
To get on to what I wore:
F21 Top & Shorts, Primark shoes (from London), & Nexus watch.

Yesterday, I spend the morning with my dear friend Maribel having breakfast. We
then drove to our hometown to spend time with our families. I went to church for
the first time in a long time with my parents and Wendy and then we had a lovely
dinner at El Cabo Mexican restaurant. Jesse then came over later from work and
we all pretty much just relaxed with my family since Sundays are usually taken
with more ease. Now I’m working on this post because I won’t have time since I
have class tonight. (6-10 PM) Anyway,I just began my 6th month and YES I’m due
in 4 months (Feb 6) a lot of people don’t understand how long a pregnancy really is…
Also, wearing heels is PERFECTLY safe during pregnancy but comfortable, that’s another
story.
