How to: Black Smoky Eyes

Hello to my fellow makeup  junkies. Today I want to share with you a step-by-step makeup tutorial on how to achieve a black smoky eye. One of the hardest looks I've ever had to master.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind when thinking about creating this classic, rocker chic look.

1: Patience

This is not a 5 minute everyday look. So make sure you carve out a good 20 minutes for the eyes alone. Take your time with each shadow and gradually build up the color intensity.

2: A light hand.

The key factor here is BLENDING. Use a a soft hand while holding the shadow brushes towards the end. Light and short stokes with minimal color is all you need to do to blend all of the eye shadows seamlessly.

Follow my LIVE make-up tutorial to see how to complete the look. Enjoy!
