My Nighttime Skin Care Routine

Hi, babes!
Today I am sharing with you the most requested video/post to date. My nighttime skin care routine! I know it seems like it's such an intensive and time-consuming routine, but it's actually quite simple. I've found what works for me and I can knock this out in about 5-7 minutes before bed.  I want to mention that I am 29 years old and I have normal skin and this routine has kept my skin clear and GLOWY!  I am also a strong advocate for beauty from within. So the REAL secret here to clear, glowy, and healthy skin is the 64 fluid oz. of water that I TRY to consume on a daily. I also cut back drastically on the grease and sugar intake. I just can't stay away from bread. It's my favorite and life is too short to not enjoy the pleasures of life within moderation is what I always say. In my early 20's I was eating horribly. I depended on expensive products to give me beautiful skin, but it wasn't until I changed my diet and made it a goal to drink a lot of water that my skin started to GLOW. Add on top of that happiness and you'll never look better in your life! I really do believe that, guys. Enjoy!
