Outfit of the Day: Cheap and Cheerful

I feel  lucky to live in the beautiful city of Los Angeles where the weather is (almost) always perfect. The breath-taking Pacific Ocean is just 15 minutes from my house, now. This makes me so happy because I can detox my soul in the finest way I know how, soaking it up in nature. Nature has always been my get-a-way because I am surrounded by what God has truly created. I often refer to this quote that one of my friends told me on our last trip to Costa Rica which notes exactly it means to me; "Nature is Gods way of serenading you with his Love."

In regards to this outfit, I wanted to wear COLOR. If you took one peek into my closet you would find the rainbow. Color just makes me happy! So I wore a few things that I've had for a few months now, maybe even longer than a year.  The  yellow romper is from Zara and what I love about it is the stretchy and thick fabric. Perfect for the first few days of my period because it hides the bloating! It fits me super tight around my butt, so I added this long and colorful kimono. For accessories, I went with brown shoes and a matching fringe bag to add to the California Cool feel of this look.

My hair is up in my go-to messy bun because I am not having a good curl day. lol. Oh, the struggle.
