I finally found a trusted and experienced seamstress who is now my go to lady for custom made clothing and alterations. These printed pants where from the first batch of clothing I took in about 2 weeks ago. Now, they fit like a glove and I have such a variety of things that I can actually wear. There’s nothing like having clothes fit you the way they’re suppose to. I’ll be featuring tons of different printed pants for the next month that have been sitting in my closet for the past 2 years and never wore because I didn’t think I had the time for alterations. Miss Olga delivers about 12 pieces of mine every two weeks and thanks to her, I’ve had so many wearable options in my wardrobe. Oh and not to mention, shes affordable!
Happy weekend everyone!
Today I wanted to share with you an outfit of the day with more meaning. As we all know, October is National Breast cancer Awareness Month and I love when brands come together to raise awareness and make donations. In this case, Nine West joined forces with the CFDA’s charitable initiative, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC) to help this cause and donate $225K!
Nine West designed a limited edition blue pump that’s available on line and in NYC retail stores.Now, for every photo upload made wearing the blue pumps using hashtag #9WFTBC and tagging @NineWest during the entire month of October, the brand will make a donation to FTBC! The pictured uploaded will help increase their contribution to $275K. Hopefully, some of you follow me on Instagram, but if you don’t, here’s the photo from my addition below::
Outfit of the day::
Just a few months ago I had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of a top secret project that I was very eager to tell you guys about. Well, the time is finally here and I get to share all of this behind the scenes content I shot while I was there. For the entire two days of the shoot, everyone’s creative minds where working together to create the first ever Wet N Wild commercial. And guess what?! I even made an appearance! What a huge honor!
In this new makeup tutorial, I recreated a more wearable version of the look that was featured in the commercial. Even though I toned it down, it still feels daring, bold, and fun. And it’s definitely a look that I can have lots of fun with. Enjoy!

The thing about living in Southern California is that I can’t fully embrace fall just yet. As much as I would love to wear tights and scarfs, I will literally overheat if I do so. While it’s a blessing to have beautiful sunny days all year long, sometimes (most often at the end of each season) all I want is a drastic change in my wardrobe. Can we at least have one full day of cold and rain please? With that being said, this is my first outfit I’m documenting on my blog for this lovely hot fall season.
What I’m wearing:
White top::(new from Topshop @ Nordstrom) similar here// Vest:: I believe it was my Moms. I have a few so I’m not too sure where this one came from// Shoes:: Urban Outfitters// Cuff:: Bought in Death Valley
