The Align & Ascend Retreat

This past October, 25 extraordinary women gathered in the lush jungles of Costa Rica for a transformative six-day journey. Together, we meditated, released, connected, and ascended into the highest versions of ourselves. From the grounding power of cacao ceremonies to the exhilaration of hiking waterfalls and soaking in natural hot springs, every moment was infused with purpose, healing, and joy.

The retreat culminated in a sacred goddess dinner, where each diosa adorned herself in vibrant green, radiating her corazon. This experience was more than just a getaway; it was a soul-deep transformation.
